We do same day delivery in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas 7 days a week if orders are placed before 4pm (subject to stock availability).

Delivery

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on walnutpetsupplies.direct will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Walnut Pet Supplies is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Courier Information

We use UK MAIL or DPD as courier for deliveries beyond Milton Keynes.

You will receive a text and/or e-mail with your tracking information from UK MAIL or DPD once your parcel has been booked. All orders are delivered on a no signature required basis. If you are not in and you have not sent us any specific location to leave your parcel, the driver will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. We cannot take any liability once the parcel is delivered.

Frozen orders

We AIM to dispatch all frozen orders same day for next day delivery when ordered Monday to Thursday up to 12pm. However dispatch time may vary from 1 to 2 working days depending on stock levels and/or demands.

Frozen orders placed after 12pm on Thursday's will be processed on Monday and dispatched the very latest on Tuesday.

Frozen parcels must be checked on delivery by the customer for quality. Any quality issue with the food must be reported by phone or email within 12 hours of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any issue with the quality of the food after 12 hours of delivery.

Our couriers will leave without a signature ie (garden, porch, doorstep), as the contents are perishable they should not be returned to depot. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in to sign for your parcel if you do not have a place for it to be left. If your order is taken back to the local depot, it is your responsibility to collect the order from the depot or arrange and pay for another delivery. We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left by the GPS tracking from our couriers. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, you will need to contact your local Police to report a theft from your property. Under no circumstances are Walnut Pet Supplies liable in any way for thefts from your property.

Walnut Pet Supplies will not accept liability for incorrect address information. If your address does not exist on our courier’s portal and we have to manually alter it, we will not replace or refund if the couriers fail to find or deliver to your address. If you have input an order with less information than is required, Walnut Pet Supplies reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.

Please do not order for next day delivery if you are not able to accommodate a delay to 48 hrs.

We will not refund or replace orders where customers have notified the couriers to deliver on an alternative delivery day or to an alternative delivery address. Changes agreed with the courier once your parcel has left us are out of our control and we strictly advise against this.

We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left at your address by the GPS tracking and photos taken from our couriers. Due to the system being automated, we cannot add any delivery comments to your parcels. If you need to leave instructions, use the DPD app or leave a note on your front door. They are only carried out at the discretion of the driver. Courier drivers are only required to leave the parcel within the parameters of your property, if you are not in.

Non Frozen orders

Our current dispatch time for non frozen orders is 1 to 2 working days.

"No signature required" policy also applies.

We do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays.

Here at Walnut Pet Supplies we offer a 28 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item unopened in its original packaging. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods however postage and packing will not be refunded.

Return via your country’s mail service Recorded Delivery – this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service.

You can e-mail admin@walnutpetsupplies.direct and once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 72 hours.

If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call us on 01908 661533 (Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm) or email admin@walnutpetsupplies.direct. Under these circumstances we are happy to offer you an exchange should you want one or a refund. Cost of delivery will also be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

If upon cancelling an order after it has been processed and/or dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded.

Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back into the store. Walnut tree pet supplies is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.

Payment

Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card only through our online payment gateway. Please note should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of Walnut Pet Supplies  until payment has been received in full.
